Dr. Erin Russell
Dr. Erin Russell joined our Cobblestone family in 2020. A born Hoosier, she moved to the Seattle area prior to earning her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1998 at Washington State University. After graduation, she moved to NYC where she spent 12 rewarding years practicing exotic and small animal medicine in Manhattan and Queens.
During her tenure in NYC, she annually served as one of the attending veterinarians at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Dr. Russell served as a board member for The Veterinary Medical Association of New York City. They presented her with a Merit Award in 2007 for recognition of her significant contribution to the VMA of NYC and the advancement of the veterinary profession. In 2002, she was co-awarded the Outstanding Service to Veterinary Medicine Award for her efforts at Ground Zero.
Dr. Russell married her high-school sweetheart from Vashon Island and returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2010 where she continued to lovingly care for dogs and cats.
She is accomplished at working up and managing complex medical cases and preparing pets for international travel. Her favorite areas of interest are dermatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, preventative medicine, and client education.
When Dr. Russell is not practicing medicine, she loves to spend time with her 10 spoiled chickens, her 3rd West Highland Terrier – Lilly, and her two boys, James and Finn. Her husband, Owen, is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
She was born in Illinois and moved to Marco Island, FL as a child where she discovered her love for tennis, fishing and boating. She graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine and then eventually found her way out to the Seattle area to work for one of the Fortune 10 companies in the city.
Not only did she fall in love with the Pacific Northwest, she also fell in love with her partner and they were married in 2014. They have a crazy cat named Colby, a rescue Golden Retriever, a super smart rescue pup named Mak and the love of her dog life, Rolo, who has since passed away but was the reason the hospital got the name cobblestone.
After 14 years in telecommunications and tech, she decided to leave the corporate world behind and take her HR, operations, and marketing experience into the private sector where she has had a lifetime of passion for animals and animal advocacy.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Audrey grew up in Issaquah while enjoying cat 4-H and taking care of her family goats and chickens. After many years of expanding her knowledge in general practice she earned her technician license in 2007.
She has a passion for client education and dentistry. She also loves to attend veterinary conferences to keep her knowledge sharp.
Audrey lives with her husband, son, a cat named Turbo, and a German Shepherd named Blazer. She enjoys family outings at the beach, kayaking, mountain biking, and skiing.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jen was born and raised in Colorado but has lived in Washington for the past 12 years. She started working in a boarding kennel at age 13 and eventually attended Bel Rea Institute to obtain an AAS in Veterinary Technology in 2007. She has a special interest in emergency/urgent care, client education and kitty behavior.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and silly kitty Westley, paddle boarding and gardening.
She grew up in Bellevue and is a true Washingtonian. She attended Washington State University where she studied Business Administration. Go Cougs!
After working several years for a major local airline and then a large international business travel company. Rebecca knew she needed a change.
She found an opportunity as a receptionist for a local veterinarian and was quickly “bitten” by the bug. Her love for the animals and a strong desire to be more involved in their care, led her to start learning and training to help with patient care and medical procedures.
Rebecca took a break from working and was a stay-at-home mom for almost 10 years, but soon the desire to help and care for our furry family members became too strong. The opportunity to work at Cobblestone presented itself at the purrrrfect time and she couldn’t be happier to be back in the saddle again!
Rebecca is married to her wonderful husband of 15 years. They have a 10 year old son, along with their two cats: Pickles and Relish. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, spending time with family and friends and the occasional winery.
She is originally from California but has lived in Florida for the last 26 years before moving to Washington in 2018.
She has been in the veterinary medicine field for 24 years!
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 dogs: Sunny & Buc, a cat: Willie, and 4 grandchildren.
Born and raised in Washington State, but her heart belongs to the ocean. Much more of a
beach bum than a snow bunny for sure! After graduating from Interlake High School, she
decided to skip college and work for a bit. After deciding retail wasn’t for her, she saw that her
local animal clinic was hiring. As an avid animal lover and eager to learn, she applied. Since
2015 she’s still going strong and am always eager to learn something new in the field. She lives
with her wonderful boyfriend, Ken, his 2 children, 2 dogs, Lilly and Edison, and my 2 cats,
Cleopatra and Rajah. While they are homebodies, they enjoy hiking, motorcycle rides, and
anything that involves swimming.
She is a California native, but was mainly raised in Seattle. School wise interested in starting pre-
requisites classes to become a veterinarian! She’s strongly passionate towards the medical field
and working with animals. Her hobbies are hiking with her 4 year old German Shepherd named
Lily. She also likes to go out to breweries, wine tastings, restaurants, road trips, trail riding,
spending time with her chickens (12 hens and a rooster!) and traveling to new places.
Client Experience Manager / Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant
Jasmine is a California native that moved to the PNW in 2017. She has been in the Veterinary Medicine field since 2015 years now and hopes to eventually become a Veterinarian herself, specializing in dog behavior.
She has her Veterinary Medication Clerk license, Wildlife & Forestry Conservation diploma and is certified in dog obedience training.
Her passion for animals, especially dogs, has motivated her to launch her own pet- sitting business, which she does outside of work called HooDogs Professional Dog Lovers.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, knitting/sewing, gardening, and hanging out with her boyfriend & two dogs: Hazel, a shih-poo and Truffle, a chihuahua mix. She is a potato enthusiast (loves fries!) & loves a good crime or medical show here and there.
Ironically not Canadian, Canada was born and raised in Washington and spent a few years in California. She loves ice skating on her days off or taking her husky, Sidney, on hiking trails when the weather is nice. She also has a very talkative tuxedo cat, Baby. Canada is an animal portrait artist, so when she’s not working and playing with pets here at Cobblestone Animal Hospital, she’s at home painting them! Canada has been in the veterinary field since 2018 and has loved every minute of it.
Angela was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. After meeting her husband in Seattle, she
moved to Washington State. Together, they have two kids who are both currently attending
Washington State University.
Angela and her family rescued their dog (Tilly) in 2018. Tilly looks like a typical black lab, but she
is actually one-half Newfoundland, with the rest Weimaraner, Portuguese Waterdog, and
Rhodesian Ridgeback mix.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys cooking, entertaining people at her home, and spending time
with friends and family. She believes that feeding your stomach is like feeding your soul. Angela
also loves to read, hike, camp, travel to warm places, and spoil Tilly.
